In the time between new years fireworks shows, I fostered some dogs, grew a mustache, surprised my host mom, went to Eurovision, biked the Danish coast, almost crashed my bike, had my first affogato, stared at the ceiling all night post-affogato, crashed my bike, made a damn good tomato soup, celebrated two of my favorite people, ranted about how overrated L’industrie is, took dad to the movies, watched Vandy beat Alabama, made pizza, got rained on in DC, became a Costco member, made it halfway to Portland on my bike, won a costume contest, made more pizza, made pasta, tried to eat more vegetables, and took a few pictures.
